A gift to the lady who gave me Shadow.

Gauge: 2 motives x 2 motives = 4cms

210g Ornaghi baby cotton

Needles: US 3/ 3 mm. (or those you need to obtain gauge)

Darning needle.

Bind off.

Size 3mm hook.

Set up row (work this instead of row 1 at start)

Ch4, work 2 tr, 2ch, and 3 tr in last ch from hook. Ch 4, turn.

1: work 3 tr, 2ch, and 3 tr in 2 ch space ch 4, turn.

2: 3 tr, 2ch, 3tr in 2ch space, 3ch turn

3: 3 tr, 2ch, 3tr in 2ch space, 2ch, 1 tr on last tr of group. 2 ch, 1 tr in 4ch space, 4ch, turn,

4: 1tr on tr, 2ch, 1tr on first tr of group, 2 ch, 3 tr, 2ch, 3tr in 2ch space, 3ch, turn.

5: 3 tr, 2ch, 3tr in 2ch space, ch 2, 3 tr in next 2ch space, 1ch, 3tr in next 2ch space, 1ch, 3 tr, 2ch, 3tr in 4ch space, 1ch, 3tr in next space, 1 ss at base, turn.
